What makes a touch wall work at a brand activation

On a crowded trade show floor or at a pop-up, you have seconds to earn attention. Here is how interactive touch earns it.

Brand activations compete for attention against everything else in the room. A static display tells people about a brand. An interactive one lets them experience it, and that difference is why touch walls and tables have become a centerpiece of trade show booths, launches and pop-up events.

Stop people in the aisle

Scale matters. A large, bright, moving surface is visible from across a show floor. For CenturyLink, CyberTouch built an angled, five-display touch wall that turned the booth into an illustrated city visitors could explore, readable from a distance and inviting up close.

Let the story unfold by touch

The strongest activations let visitors choose their own path through the brand story. Instead of a fixed video, people tap into the products, ideas or case studies that matter to them. That turns a passive walk-by into an active conversation, and gives booth staff a natural way to start talking.

Make room for more than one person

At busy events, a line forms fast. Wide, multitouch surfaces let several visitors engage at once, so the experience keeps moving and the booth always looks busy, which draws even more people in.

Build for the road

  • Choose formats that travel and set up quickly. CyberTouch Mobile tables sit on wheeled, height-adjustable stands.
  • Plan for bright show-floor lighting and constant use: metal housings, safety glass and sunlight-friendly touch options help.
  • Brand the hardware itself with custom colors, finishes and logos so it feels like part of the activation, not rented equipment.
