The project
At The Shops at South Town in Sandy, Utah, a large multitouch video wall runs an interactive game that shoppers play together. Players tap the characters racing across the screen before the clock runs out, and their points pile up as they go.
Because the wall responds to many hands at once, a whole group of kids can play side by side, turning a stretch of the mall into a destination families come back to.
